Born and raised in San Jose, I’ve lived under stress. I’ve seen how insecurity can impact the fabric of one’s being in harmful ways. After battling bulimia for 2 years in high school, I found yoga during my freshman year of college. In a nutshell, learning body awareness and breathing practices has transformed my ability to face the increasingly challenging world we all live in.

I’m on a mission to empower those ready to move and breathe in a new way, so we can build a healthier, happier world for all. I approach classes with a light-heart, patience and commitment to giving you the best guidance.

I love sharing from my 8 years of yogic study to help clients (and friends) feel into the good and find relief in a world that has some of us wound up a bit too tight!


I’ve been teaching since 2017 and took formal training in 2019.

I’m currently studying in the Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner program at Kerala Academy and will soon offer Lifestyle Wellness Consultations to expand upon my yoga programs.
